Dan has been responsible for the full range of human resource management responsibilities as a manager, consultant and trainer on the front line, addressing the ongoing issues challenging employees and managers. During this time he has developed an effective, practical approach to solving staff management problems, and preventing issues where ever possible through:

  • Initiating an extensive range of staff and management development initiatives and programs for organizations both large and small,
  • Initiating extensive employee and management orientation programs to accelerate the development of knowledge, skills and productive employment,
